The Hadler Realty Company was founded in 1947 by William H. Hadler (1927-2005), who began business operations as a sole proprietor real estate broker. Fueled by a commitment to provide fast superior performance, Hadler quickly built a reputation as a Realtor® who consistently produced solid real estate solutions and profitable opportunities for investment. In a quest to improve client representation, he formed Hadler Real Estate Management Company, which today functions as an asset manager for commercial and multi-family properties.

In 1959, Hadler began retaining ownership of lucrative real estate investments, resulting in a ground floor opportunity in the booming shopping center development industry. After several poor experiences with general contractors, Hadler formed Transamerica Building Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary, in 1962. The new building division was founded as the best way to maintain control over construction schedules and to ensure that buildings were designed and built to provide a quality structure with quality components.

Today, his son George Hadler, is President of The Hadler Companies and principal broker of Hadler Realty Company. George grew up in the business, beginning at age 13 in 1968. Following his graduation from the Columbus Academy, he attended Wittenberg University, The Ohio State University, and graduated from Otterbein College with a degree in business administration. The Hadler family remains active in all of the Company's projects in order to ensure the tradition of excellence established by William H. Hadler.

The company now enters its third generation with grandsons Bill E. Hadler and Brad Koniewich employed with the family business. Hadler's granddaughter, Jessica Hadler, has formed American Business Group, LLC, a business brokerage representing buyers and sellers of established retail and service businesses in the central Florida, Orlando, market.
