The Hadler Companies are the owners of prime Columbus, Ohio shopping center sites, and Ohio and Wisconsin retail space leasing. We have approximately two million square feet of retail space under roof in Bridgeport, Bucyrus, Byesville, Columbus, Grove City, Jackson, Marysville, Newark, Springfield, Washington Court House and Westerville, Ohio, and in Greenfield and Waukesha, Wisconsin.

As Realtors, our fee is paid by the seller/lessor. As Builders, we will engage the services of Transamerica Building Company to present you with the greatest possible range of real estate options.

Hadler Realty Company

The Hadler Realty Company was founded in 1947 by William H. Hadler as a sole proprietorship. Today, his son George Hadler, is CEO of The Hadler Realty Company.  George grew up in the business, beginning at age 13 in 1968.  Following his graduation from the Columbus Academy, he attended Wittenberg University, The Ohio State University, and graduated from Otterbein College with a degree in business administration.  The Hadler family remains active in all of the Company's projects in order to ensure the tradition of excellence established by William H. Hadler.

The company now enters its third generation with grandsons, Bill E. Hadler and Brad Koniewich, employed with the family business.  Hadler's granddaughter, Jessica Hadler, has formed , American Business Group, LLC , a business brokerage representing buyers and sellers of established retail and service businesses in central Florida, Orlando, market.

Hadler Real Estate Management Company

The Hadler Real Estate Management Company was created to manage our shopping centers, commercial properties, office buildings and residential properties. We screen all tenants with credit checks and personal interviews, handle all complaints, collect all rents and handle repair and maintenance. To maximize net income for our clients, we provide an accurate income and expense summary at the end of each month. Our aim is always 100% occupancy.

Columbus Square Bowling Palace

Created and constructed in 1983, and recently remodeled at a cost of over $750,000.00. The Columbus Square Bowling Palace has been one of our finest accomplishments. Referred to as "The Country Club of Bowling Centers," the 64-lane facility is located in the company-owned and managed Columbus Square Shopping Center at Cleveland Avenue and Route 161, and is the only bowling center in Ohio open 24 hours everyday. Patrons are provided with luxuries such as Brunswick's FRAMEWORX automatic scoring system, M.A.X. bowling with large screen HD TVs, a restaurant, video arcade and the newly renovated Blue Sky Island Bar. The Palace has gained a reputation as one of the most outstanding Bowling Centers in the United States, and has received the prestigious Consumers Choice Award for seven straight years.

SunLight Cleaning Centers

Like the Palace, SunLight Cleaning Centers are located in company-owned shopping centers. With four locations to serve Columbus, SunLight offers personal cleaning services including dry cleaning, leather and drape cleaning. Our facilities also offer self-serve laundromats. SunLight's mission is to deliver professional cleaning results at an everyday low price.
